Your Role: Support the SAP Project System (PS) module for project planning, execution, and controlling activities. Delivery Change Requests and Projects in the area of SAP PS module by Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned with business processes. Key responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP PS master data (projects, networks, WBS elements, activities, milestones). Knowledge in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking within PS; ensure accurate integration with CO, MM, SD, and PM modules. Knowledge in API calls, IDOC’s, Interfaces, Preparation of Functional documentation, Providing inputs for technical development. Assist in project structuring, work breakdown structures, budgeting, commitments, and settlement processes. Support interfaces and data transfers between PS and other SAP modules (e.g., CO, MM, PP/PM, SD). Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications for PS enhancements. Prepare and test functional changes in QA environments; assist with user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot tickets, analyse root causes, and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for fixes. Who you are: 3–5 years of hands-on SAP PS experience in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of PS processes: projects, networks, WBS, activities, networks, planning, and settlement. Experience with SAP integration: CO (cost accounting), MM (materials management), PP/PM, SD, and FI where relevant. SAP implementation/support experience (S/4HANA a plus) and familiarity with ASAP/implementation methodologies. Basic ABAP knowledge is a plus (for understanding issues) but not mandatory.
