WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation ). In your new position, you support the implementation and maintenance, and continuous improvement of the RMS, including definition of requirements, setting standards, methodologies, and governance processes. You act as a sparring partner and the operational point of contact for business units and functions, ensuring the consistent application of RMS requirements and fostering a risk-aware culture across the organization. You provide expert guidance and challenge in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation, supporting informed decision-making and effective risk management practices. You contribute to the identification and evaluation of emerging risks and risk trends and support the integration of these insights into business planning and management processes. With your expertise, you support the development and delivery of RMS training sessions and guidance materials and contribute to improving risk awareness across the organization. You facilitate risk review meetings with business units and functions, challenge risk assessments where appropriate, and ensure high-quality risk documentation and follow-up actions. Furthermore, you consolidate risk information and prepare meaningful risk reports and analyses for management and governance bodies. Last but not least, you actively contribute to increasing RMS maturity across the organization and collaborate closely with the RMS Expert 1, the Team Lead, and other key stakeholders to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the risk management system. WHAT YOU OFFER university degree in law, economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field at least three years of experience in an RMS department ideally within the agriculture, chemical, or another regulated industry strong knowledge of RMS methodologies including risk assessment, simulation and reporting, as well as familiarity with risk management software and automation tools excellent English skills as well as proficiency in standard IT applications strong analytical and communication skills combined with problem-solving ability, integrity, assertiveness, and the willingness to act as a role model for RMS culture WHAT WE OFFER Responsibility within a leading international agricultural company.
