Koch Technology is looking for a Product Analyst to join our Global Enterprise Service Management team. This person will serve as a versatile business and technology thought partner and builder who turns ambiguous problems into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes. They will take ownership from stakeholder discovery and analysis through solution design, development, testing, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement, using approved AI-assisted tools to accelerate learning and delivery while remaining accountable for quality, sound judgment, and risk management. Location: This role can be located in Wichita, KS / Atlanta, GA / Plano, TX and requires an in office presence with flexibility. This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship. What You Will Do Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems, desired outcomes, and constraints, then translate them into clear, actionable work while challenging assumptions, presenting options, and communicating trade-offs. Define expected business value, success measures, risks, and trade-offs for proposed improvements, including whether to configure, automate, integrate, build, buy, or take no action. Own solutions from discovery and backlog definition through prototyping, configuration or development, testing, implementation, adoption, measurement, production support, and continuous improvement. Lead validation and user acceptance activities, participate in code reviews where appropriate, and share knowledge while adhering to platform best practices and security, data, and governance requirements. Use approved AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and create AI agents, workflows, and automations that improve speed, consistency, efficiency, or customer experience. Build and maintain enterprise SaaS configurations, workflows, and API-based integrations that meet evolving business needs. Analyze data and conduct experiments to identify process gaps, validate assumptions, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements. Challenge unnecessary complexity, handoffs, and customization, and help teams adopt solutions that produce sustainable, measurable results. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience taking ownership of a problem or solution from initial discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, production support, and ongoing improvement. Experience using AI-assisted tools to complete work products, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and determine when additional validation, review, or escalation is required. Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements, backlog items, prototypes, configurations, code, or other solution components. Strong systems thinking and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and business domains, then apply that knowledge to real work. Experience building or maintaining API-based integrations, or a strong understanding of how systems connect and exchange data. Experience performing across multiple functions, including business analysis, solution development, stakeholder advising, and problem solving. Experience communicating technical concepts, solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. What Will Put You Ahead Demonstrated professional experience in Business Systems Analysis, solution delivery, platform configuration, or software development within ServiceNow or another SaaS provider. Experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms. Experience leading multi-story initiatives, cross-functional work, or larger team efforts. Experience conducting cost or economic evaluations and driving improvement through automation. Experience developing AI agents, workflows, reusable practices, or automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
