What the job looks like Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: Managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for critical utilities and facility systems. Ensuring the availability and performance of purified water, well water, potable water, HVAC, compressed air, and associated utilities. Leading technical teams and external contractors to deliver safe and reliable operations. Ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements. Managing OPEX budgets and monitoring operational performance indicators. Driving energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. What you'll bring to the table To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: A degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical HVAC systems, water treatment systems, and compressed air systems. Experience with reliability-centered maintenance practices. Understanding of GMP requirements, equipment qualification, and validation processes. Experience managing projects, contractors, and technical service providers.
