Lead Principal Data Center Cost Manager

Job description

We are seeking a cost management principal to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial controls for large data center or critical infrastructure projects. This role leads estimating, cost reporting, change control, contract administration, and risk management from design through closeout. The candidate will partner with project, design, construction, procurement, and finance teams to address cost and schedule risks while maintaining quality. They will build consistent reporting and governance practices, advise senior leaders, and mentor cost analysts. Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in capital project cost management, and strong estimating, commercial, Excel, and project controls skills. Experience with hyperscale programs, integrated cost and schedule reporting, or relevant certifications is preferred.
