About the role: Boston Scientific was recognized as a Glassdoor Best Place to Work in 2026, ranking No. 15 on the Top 100 list, reflecting the culture our employees experience every day. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Commercial Operations and Sales Strategy team supporting the growing Interventional Oncology and Embolization (IO&E) team, part of Boston Scientific's Interventional Therapies business. As a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop, build and maintain critical sales enablement platforms that support a high-impact, fast-paced field sales organization and internal executive stakeholders. This high-profile position requires quick thinking and a focus on enabling a growing, tenured field sales force. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and enhancing national sales enablement tools; identifying opportunities; helping shape and guide resource deployment strategies through data; and helping the field and senior leadership address business challenges through timely, impactful analytics. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of Boston Scientific sales tools, technology and resources. As part of Boston Scientific's Interventional Therapies business, the IO&E team is advancing science for life by building a strong portfolio of products and technologies that serve patients globally while providing physicians and hospital systems with innovative solutions to treat patients. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. Your responsibilities will include: • Develop and distribute sales analytics and reporting to help field sales and sales leadership track key performance indicators. • Own and maintain a deep understanding of U.S. IO&E sales data, including creating and maintaining field sales organizational tools to track and monitor the overall health of the business. • Develop and deliver training on proactive sales and operational tools to assess area, regional, customer, product and seller trends, with a focus on driving corrective action when necessary. • Identify potential selling opportunities within and across product franchises by monitoring trends, performance metrics and relevant external data. • Develop and design data sets to improve data analysis and reduce the effort required to produce analyses. • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal partners to develop and execute strategic projects that help drive sales execution. • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes used to operationalize go-to-market strategy. • Understand the business impact of moderately complex changes to the sales organizational structure, formulate ideas to minimize challenges and recommend appropriate system solutions. • Make strategic recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the field sales force. • Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed. • Support the rollout of emerging technologies to sales teams. • Leverage available Boston Scientific technology to enable the field sales organization. • Understand and communicate technology needs and gaps to key internal stakeholders to help inform investment decisions. • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting commercial operations, including at least 4 years' direct experience with business intelligence tools and data management. • Minimum of 2 years using SQL.
