Here’s what this particular role covers. 🛠️ About our Fleet Operations Talent Team Wayve is pioneering Embodied AI for autonomous driving. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Sunnyvale team and support the continued growth of our real-world testing and operations. Our talent team plays a crucial role in building the high-performing Fleet Operations teams that enable us to scale safely and efficiently across North America and beyond. 🧠 Your day-to-day - Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume frontline, technical, specialist, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles, including intake, market mapping, assessment, offer, and close. - Build representative candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and a range of attraction channels, focusing on scalable strategies for Vehicle Safety Operators and other operational roles. - Develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers and Directors, providing consultative guidance on role definition, assessment, market conditions, candidate quality, and closing strategies. - Deliver an inclusive, transparent, and well-managed candidate experience, supporting teams with structured interviewing, timely feedback, and consistent decision-making. - Use recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and shape effective hiring strategies. - Collaborate with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on workforce planning, employer branding, and improvements to hiring processes. 🧩 What you’ll be working on: - Driving high-impact hiring for Fleet Operations teams, including specialized and leadership roles across multiple sites. - Innovating scalable sourcing and direct outreach approaches tailored for operational and technical profiles. - Shaping hiring processes and partnerships that are both candidate-centric and aligned with evolving business priorities. - Providing actionable insights based on recruitment data and market intelligence to optimize team building and hiring success. - Contributing to workforce planning, talent programs, and recruitment marketing to strengthen Wayve’s employer brand. 🙌 You should apply if: - You have demonstrated success independently delivering full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced or scaling organization. - You have experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, including high-volume, professional, or manager-level positions. - You have the confidence and judgment to advise senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies. - You have strong direct-sourcing skills and experience using multiple attraction channels. - You are hands-on, adaptable, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities with strong attention to detail. - You are comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and market insights to inform decisions and communicate progress. - (Desirable) You have experience recruiting within fleet operations, automotive, logistics, manufacturing, field operations, mobility, customer operations, or another high-volume operational environment. - (Desirable) You have experience supporting hiring across multiple locations, working with globally distributed stakeholders, or have familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS. - (Desirable) You have experience designing or improving volume-hiring campaigns, recruitment events, or structured assessment processes. - (Desirable) You thrive in a startup environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve. 🌱 Not ticking every box? This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sunnyvale, California. Wayve operates a hybrid working policy: a minimum of two days each week in the office, with the balance flexible for remote work. Our approach supports innovation, collaboration, and individual productivity. The reasonably estimated salary for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, plus a competitive equity package.
