About this Position What you´ll do Act as the global subject matter expert for mixing technologies and processes, defining standards, guiding technology selection, and ensuring best-practice deployment across the global manufacturing network Lead the technology and investment assessments for strategic capital investments projects Partner with R&D and supply Chain innovation teams and define the technology and the investment for innovation projects Support commissioning, qualification and all Vertical startup activities for new equipment and manufacturing lines including FAT & SAT Define and maintain global standards, technical guidelines, and best practices for mixing processes across all categories Contribute to global digital transformation and sustainability objectives through the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of mixing processes and technologies Support global sustainability initiatives through reductions in waste, energy consumption, water usage, and raw material losses Partner with Procurement to identify, assess, and qualify OEMs and strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with global mixing technology standards and business requirements
