Your Job We are seeking an experienced IT Site Administrator to serve as the primary local Operations Technology and Information Technology resource for our Guadalajara facility. In this role, you will support and maintain critical IT and OT infrastructure, provide technical support to end users, and partner with business and operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology solutions. You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, network administration, technology projects, infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity compliance, vendor management, and shop floor technology initiatives that enable operational excellence and business success. What You Will Do Serve as the primary IT and Operations Technology contact for the site Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and manufacturing technology environments. Maintain and enhance IT/OT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and company standards. Support manufacturing operations through reliable technology solutions and shop floor connectivity. Lead and coordinate technology deployments, upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and equipment lifecycle activities. Partner with business leaders, regional IT teams, and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions and resolve operational challenges. Monitor system performance, support business continuity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of operational excellence, security, and Principle Based Management™. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field and 5+ years of IT experience; OR Associate degree and 7+ years of relevant IT experience. Experience supporting and maintaining network equipment, Active Directory, data storage, backup infrastructure, PC hardware, and software environments. Experience supporting Operations Technology within a manufacturing environment, including shop floor device connectivity. Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and Windows networking technologies. Experience supporting endpoint technologies, hardware deployment, software distribution, and asset management. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a manufacturing environment. Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Ability to provide support outside traditional working hours as business needs require. What Will Put You Ahead Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent certifications. Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), MII, OPC, Historians, label printers, RF scanners, tablets, and visualization platforms. Experience leading or coordinating IT-related projects. Experience administering VMware environments. Experience supporting Windows Remote Desktop Services and thin-client technologies. Knowledge of industrial control systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related communication protocols. Experience with SAP integrations and working knowledge of SAP GUI, ECC, and PLM environments. Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and enterprise infrastructure technologies. Familiarity with Oracle, SQL, antivirus technologies, and enterprise server and storage environments. Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, or industrial production operations.
