Job description

Experience with enterprise products and driving adoption would be a plus. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR software development OR equivalent experience. Experience leading academic or research partnerships and translating partner needs into product priorities, joint delivery plans, and sustained adoption. Experience onboarding third-party software tools through APIs, SDKs, or agent integrations, including hands-on prototyping and technical enablement for external developers. 4+ years' experience shipping production-ready code in a collaborative process Experience as a full stack builder Experience developing with the latest AI-assisted development tools and systems As a Principal Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will play an integral role in defining and executing a new vision for AI-driven science platform development. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, scientists, and researchers to build new product experiences, shape underlying AI capabilities that support these experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and high-craft product making. Support and expand ongoing engagements with academic institutions and research and innovation partners, aligning on shared goals, coordinating execution, and removing barriers to adoption. Turn successful approaches into reusable examples and technical guidance. You will scale Product Marketing teams by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as leading the creation of customer support plans. You'll also take advantage of major opportunities to promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events. As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas. You'll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.
