Define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for AI agents, evaluation and observability, data products, machine learning systems and intelligent commercial experiences. Drive a cross-enterprise engineering &AI portfolio, establishing clear ownership, milestones, decision paths, and operating rhythms across product, engineering, and data science. Translate customer and business needs into product requirements; prototype, experiment, learn quickly, and scale successful solutions. Use telemetry, evaluations, experimentation, and customer signals to improve product quality, adoption, reliability, and responsible operation. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, data/AI, or equivalent experience. OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people management experience. Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, data/AI, or equivalent experience. 5+ years people management experience. 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g.,. competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Experience taking complex technology products from strategy through delivery and measurable adoption. Experience setting direction and influencing across engineering, product, data science, and senior leadership. Experience building AI/ML, generative AI, agentic, data, cloud, or large-scale enterprise products. Experience with AI product development, including evaluation, telemetry, experimentation, governance, and responsible deployment. Experience creating clarity and changing organizational momentum in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Experience presenting to/engaging with technical stakeholders effectively.
