Design experiences that help organizations connect, organize, discover, govern, and use business knowledge and context with AI. Work closely with engineering, design, and research to take customer scenarios from product definition through implementation, evaluation, and release. Engage directly with customers and partners to validate product direction, identify unmet needs, and translate feedback into prioritized product improvements. Define and use product signals, including adoption, active usage, quality, and customer outcomes, to continuously improve the product. Embody our culture and values. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Experience defining and delivering enterprise cloud, data, AI, agent, or developer-platform products. Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer and partner problems into clear product strategy, requirements, scenarios, and measurable outcomes. Experience delivering products that require collaboration across multiple engineering teams, services, platforms, and organizational boundaries. Understanding of modern AI and agent experiences, including areas such as knowledge, context, retrieval, APIs, identity, security, and governance. Experience engaging enterprise customers and partners to validate product direction and translate feedback into product improvements. Ability to communicate complex technical and product concepts clearly to engineering teams, customers, partners, and senior leaders.
