Job description

Serve as a key point of contact for hardware decommission capacity planning in partnership with cloud partners. Develop and maintain hardware decommission plans aligned with lifecycle policies and evolving business needs. Collaborate with engineering, customer, and finance teams to align assumptions and develop weekly and monthly hardware decommission plans as part of established planning processes. Build an understanding of the product, customer value, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin drivers to support balanced, data-informed business decisions. Partner with stakeholders across engineering, execution, and Data Center teams to evaluate and prioritize demand. Analyze and clearly communicate the drivers of month-over-month changes and their financial impact. Collaborate with analytics teams to automate reporting and develop management dashboards. Conduct as-needed analysis to support important business questions and decisions. Provide insights and recommendations that help management shape strategy, build a shared vision, and align stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Experience with cloud infrastructure planning 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing technical specifications (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
