Job description

Set the annual investment direction for the Cloud Supply Chain engineering portfolio across Devices. Align engineering resources to the organization's highest-impact strategies. Shape the portfolio roadmap with business and engineering leaders. Drive decisions across priorities, scope, capacity, funding, and dependencies. Ensure investments advance organizational and digital transformation strategies. Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and strategic reprioritization with Cloud Supply Chain and MDO engineering leaders. Advise leadership on funding choices, delivery risks, and strategic trade-offs. Track portfolio commitments, spending, and outcomes against plan. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development. OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience. OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Experience owning a product or capability end to end: definition, requirements, delivery, and go-to-market. Data fluency: ability to work directly with product and operational data to inform decisions and prototype solutions. Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technically viable product requirements. Experience driving engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMs. Track record of customer engagement, go-to-market execution, and measurable adoption or business impact. Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, devices, or operational decision systems.
