Strategic Sourcing Manager - External Manufacturing

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support the growth and expansion of Oracle's next-generation cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for external manufacturing partners, helping ensure the reliable delivery of critical hardware that powers OCI's global cloud services. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal teams to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supply risks, and drive long-term business outcomes. This role requires a combination of supply chain expertise, business acumen, and technical understanding of hardware infrastructure.
