Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The Manager, Facility & Maintenance is responsible for all facilities within Malaysia. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities & equipment, in order to adequately conduct business whenever required. This position reports to the General Manager and is part of the Facility & Maintenance team located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Compliance with ISO/QSR facilities related requirements; Compliance with local Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements; Compliance with Hazardous material requirements; Maintains space planning models; Coordinate site selection and T/I projects; Coordinate Facility & Equipment Maintenance; Responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree is preferred or technically related field from an accredited university Years of experience in Facilities Management / Equipment Maintenance experience with a proven track record; with several years in a supervisory/management role; Strong knowledge and expertise in field of maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance Strong organizational, communication, CAD software for facility layout, record keeping skills; Full technical knowledge of Facility systems and preventative maintenance practices; Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, & ability to handle multiple projects Masimo, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. Bonus / Incentive Pay Up to 10% of annual base salary This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
