Strong expertise in forecasting, demand review, capacity planning, material requirement planning (MRP), inventory management, and raw material planning. Proven experience in driving the monthly S&OP cycle, balancing demand, supply, inventory, and customer service objectives. Sound understanding of OTIF (On-Time In-Full), customer service levels, inventory optimization, and supply-demand reconciliation. Working knowledge of EXIM operations, logistics planning, distribution management, and SAP/ERP systems. Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to achieve business targets. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Functional Expertise •Deep functional knowledge of Dispatch Planning & Execution, Demand Planning, Forecasting, OTIF Management, EXIM Operations, Demand Review Processes, Raw Material Planning, Inventory Management, Scheduling, SAP, MRP, and Capacity Planning. •Proven experience in driving the monthly S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, inventory, production, and customer requirements. •Strong capability in supply-demand balancing, inventory optimization, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment and dispatch execution. •Experience in resolving customer queries and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and customer satisfaction. Consulting & Stakeholder Management Skills •Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. •Effective decision-making and issue-resolution capabilities in a dynamic business environment. Technical Skills •Demand Planning and Forecasting, S&OP Process Management,Dispatch Planning and Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management and Optimization, MRP and Capacity Planning, Raw Material Planning and Tracking, SAP/ERP Systems Proficiency Project Management Skills •Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, priorities, and resources effectively. •Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Industry Knowledge •Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and industry best practices. •Knowledge of manufacturing planning, distribution, customer service metrics, OTIF, inventory control, and continuous improvement methodologies Skills Required Supply chain , QMS handling, SAP, ERP, Capacity planning any tool , Analytical knowledge, collaborating with CFTs, SPOC for CDMO projects.
