Title: Executive Date: Oct 6, 2026 Location: Pithampur (MP) Company: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor – Production Business Unit: Sun Global Operations Job Grade G12A Location : Pithampur Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day sterile injectable manufacturing operations, including compounding, filtration, filling, sealing, and other aseptic processes. Ensure manufacturing activities are executed as per production plans, approved Batch Manufacturing Records, SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements. Monitor critical process parameters, production output, yield, rejection, equipment performance, and achievement of production targets. Ensure line clearance, area readiness, material availability, equipment readiness, and adherence to contamination-control practices. Handle QMS activities such as deviations, CAPA, change controls, incident investigations, risk assessments, and root-cause analysis. Review Batch Manufacturing Records, equipment logbooks, area records, and other GMP documents for accuracy and completeness. Perform and review SAP transactions related to production orders, material issuance, consumption, reconciliation, yield, and batch confirmation. Participate in equipment procurement, preparation of User Requirement Specifications, technical evaluation, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities. Coordinate DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, process validation, cleaning validation, equipment requalification, and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation, maintenance, technical services, spare parts, and timely completion of assigned activities. Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, Validation, and EHS teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Supervise and train officers, technicians, operators, and contractual employees on SOPs, cGMP, aseptic practices, documentation, equipment operation, and safety. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining manufacturing areas and documentation in an audit-ready condition. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, process reliability, yield improvement, cost optimisation, waste reduction, and equipment efficiency.
