Title: Senior Executive Date: Oct 6, 2026 Location: Pithampur (MP) Company: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Job Title: QA – QMS Supervisor Business Unit: Global Quality & Compliance Job Grade G11B Location : Pithampur Responsibilities Preparation and review of SOPs in EDMS. Handling of Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Internal/External Audit Management, OOS/OOT through ‘ Track Wise Software’ Handling of Market Complaints and Vendor Complaint. Logging and handling the investigations for deviations, market complaints, OOS/OOT and providing CAPA based on investigation. Responsible for handling of Internal Audits, Compliance and CAPA for implementation. Preparation and review of risk assessment in coordination with CFT members. Audit response preparation for observation during site internal audit, corporate internal audits, external audits and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to shop floor activities. Responsible for the handling of software’s as Track wise QMS, EDMS for SOP review. Preparation of annual trend report for QMS system. Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly quality review presentation. Audit management coordinator for internal and external audit. Coordination with CFT for timely closure of QMS activities. Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data integrity principles Management of department training activities (Function as DTC). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, Engineering) to align with project timelines. Ensure continuous compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and sterile manufacturing guidelines.
