About the Job As a Local Production Manager, you hold end-to-end accountability for IT production (applications and infrastructure run) for Allianz Hungary within an Allianz Technology CTO area. You will safeguard operational stability and quality, steer CPI (Change, Problem, Incident) processes, and serve as the single point of contact between the local Operating Entity and Allianz Technology stakeholders. By driving process harmonization, decommissioning, and continuous improvement, you ensure high-quality, stable products delivered iteratively based on customer and stakeholder feedback. What You Do Own the end-to-end IT production (run of IT applications and infrastructure) for Allianz Hungary. Ensure production quality improvements through comprehensive follow-up activities after incidents/outages. Manage, coordinate, improve, and harmonize CPI (Change, Problem, Incident) processes across the OE. Lead communication and reporting on CPI and SLA topics towards the OE and stakeholders. Act as SPOC between the OE and Allianz Technology stakeholders for IT production and CPI topics. Perform regular application checks for stability, quality, and alignment with global Allianz standards. Coordinate with IT teams to monitor business-critical applications, processes, and IT daily per SLAs. Contribute to decommissioning and harmonization within the OE’s IT landscape. Ensure products are delivered iteratively in high quality, leveraging customer and stakeholder feedback to improve product, quality, and stability. What You Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency interpreting CPI data (root-cause analysis, improvement measures, patterns/trends) and using monitoring/CPI tools and dashboards (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow, GLOREA). Solid understanding of ITIL and best practices for Change, Problem, and Incident Management; broad technical understanding of systems, applications, and infrastructure to assess impact and resolve issues. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders and hierarchy levels; strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Effective collaboration across OEs and teams; ability to act as SPOC, coordinate reporting, and drive continuous improvement. Proven process orientation and service mindset; capable of working autonomously and prioritizing in a dynamic environment. Language skills: Fluent English and Hungarian. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
