We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer who can rapidly build and ship AI-enabled product capabilities across the manufacturing and supply chain product portfolio. This role is ideal for engineers who actively leverage AI coding assistants and can integrate LLMs into business applications. Develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks. Integrate LLMs and GenAI capabilities into products. Build agent-based workflows and copilots for planners, buyers, and operations teams. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Develop AI-enabled experiences for forecasting, recommendations, and master-data management. Use AI-first engineering approaches for design, coding, testing, and documentation. Participate in architecture and technical decision-making. 5+ years of software engineering experience Strong React, TypeScript & Node.js skills Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or similar) Experience with RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel Strong Azure, CI/CD & containerization experience Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or Microsoft Copilot Preferred: Agentic AI, supply chain/forecasting, planning or data engineering experience
