Position Summary The Power Platform & AI Solutions Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable, and business-focused automation and AI solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will combine strong platform engineering expertise with a product-oriented mindset to deliver modern cloud-based applications and AI capabilities. Experience Level: Senior Associate (3–5+ years execution software engineering experience) Core Tech Stack: Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI/LLM, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud: Azure and/or AWS Key Responsibilities 1. Application Development · Architect, build, and maintain high-performance Power Apps solutions · Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline and digitize business processes · Ensure high-quality user experiences through effective issue resolution and continuous improvement · Experience in designing semantic data models and DAX queries in Power BI would be an advantage · Share best practices and mentor colleagues within the team · Working closely with Architecture, Security, Change Management, and Governance teams, the role ensures solutions are compliant, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards 2. AI Automation · Design and develop AI-powered assistants and copilots using modern AI frameworks and pattern · Apply concepts such as RAG, Agentic AI, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering · Build and maintain AI evaluation frameworks and automated testing pipelines · Maintain high standards of data security, optimization, and environment structure, ensuring all solutions meet compliance rules · Lead application lifecycle management (ALM) & integration via GitLab CI/CD and pac CLI (test, pack, promote, deploy) · Uphold engineering standards (coding, testing, security, CI/CD) · Integrate across Power Platform, enterprise systems, APIs, and knowledge repositories · Guide customers and colleagues on AI capabilities, prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and responsible AI practices. Technical Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse At least 1 year of experience developing AI/LLM-based solutions Working knowledge of Copilot Studio Prior experience in software engineering or platform engineering Experience with GitLab, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), custom agents, orchestration, and markdown-based skill frameworks Experience integrating with Dataverse, Snowflake, SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON services, and custom connectors Power BI knowledge, including DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional data modelling, is advantageous Desirable experience with Pro Code Apps, Microsoft Foundry, Snowflake Cortex AI, n8n, or UiPath.
