Job description

Perform telecom network maintenance activities across core, access, and transport technologies Identify, analyse, and escalate software and hardware issues to advanced technical teams Document network incidents accurately within designated systems Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve operational issues Support network maintenance processes in line with established procedures and customer requirements Detect and escalate faults across GSM, LTE, and 5G networks Investigate and correlate technical issues raised by Customer Operations or Service Desk teams Use dedicated analytical and operational tools to support troubleshooting activities Adhere to internal procedures, operational KPIs, and safety regulations Able to understand technical concepts and perform data analysis Familiar with telecom architectures and protocols across mobile and fixed networks Comfortable working in virtual, cross-functional, and international teams Proficient in Hungarian and English; additional German language skills are advantageous Bring a collaborative and structured approach to problem-solving Secondary education completed; ongoing higher education is considered beneficial Exposure to telecom equipment technologies and operational systems is advantageous If you are excited about this role but your experience does not align exactly with every aspect of the job description, you are encouraged to apply.
