Data Analyst Category: Quality Location: Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, DK #job-location Department: Complaint Projects & Digital Products, Enterprise IT & Quality Location: Bagsværd, Denmark Your impact begins here As AI & PowerBI Developer, you will bring AI and PowerBI into the daily work of the business. You will design, build and maintain analytics and automation that turn real business needs into clear insights and more efficient processes. Working hands-on with data and close to the people who use your work, you will introduce new AI technologies, help colleagues make informed, data-driven decisions and gain broad exposure to Novo Nordisk’s product portfolio. What you’ll bring You are self-sufficient and enjoy creating and driving data-centric projects. You’ll bring: An MSc in IT, Data Analytics, Software Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Proven experience with Python, SQL and PowerBI development. Strong communication skills, with the ability to share technical knowledge with both technical and non-technical colleagues. A collaborative mindset and openness to working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Useful, but not essential: Familiarity with using AI for development, such as MCPs, skills and context engineering. What you’ll do You will work hands-on with data to design, build and maintain BI and AI solutions that support daily business. Close partnership with end users and management will shape how you understand needs, test what you build and keep refining it. Build, deploy and maintain efficient, intuitive BI and AI solutions in line with quality standards. Manage existing PowerBI and generative-AI solutions to keep them performing at their best. Take ownership of opportunities to improve process efficiency through AI or BI automation. Follow developments in the AI space and bring new technology into your solutions where it adds value. Listen to the business, identify needs, visualise data and support data-driven processes and decision-making. Navigate complex business domains and organisational structures to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping them get real value from business intelligence and AI. Who you’ll work with In Enterprise IT & Quality, colleagues work across the Novo Nordisk value chain, staying close to stakeholders and helping deliver trusted technology, high quality and responsible ways of working. You will join the Complaint Projects & Digital Products team, which supports the business in executing strategic projects and implementing digital products. Your role stands out because you will introduce new technologies, including AI, and make sure the team has the assets it needs to produce valuable insights and support informed, data-driven decisions. You will report to the Associate Director of Complaint Projects & Digital Products, based in Bagsværd, and work closely with managers and colleagues across departments. Your closest partners will be the end users and management who rely on your work, and together you will move quickly from identifying a need to testing and refining what works.
