Skill: MFT & Integration Engineer Location: Noida, Pune,Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai Shift: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Australian Shift) Experience: 7-9 Years Work Culture: Hybrid Role Overview Responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s Managed File Transfer (MFT) and file-based integrations , ensuring critical business files are transferred securely, reliably, and on time. Key Responsibilities Administer and support GoAnywhere MFT across different environments. Manage MFT workflows, schedules, users, connections, certificates, and file-transfer processes. Monitor and troubleshoot failed, delayed, missing, or incomplete file transfers. Support SFTP, FTPS, FTP, SMB, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure File Shares . Investigate end-to-end file-transfer issues and coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams. Develop PowerShell scripts to automate file searches, transfers, archiving, validation, reporting, and other operational tasks. Support GoAnywhere upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and system enhancements . Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities. Prepare implementation plans, testing steps, verification procedures, and backout plans. Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support runbooks. Key Skills GoAnywhere MFT (or similar tools such as Globalscape MFT) SFTP / FTPS PowerShell scripting and Automation Windows Server SQL / Azure SQL Incident, Problem & Change Management Infrastructure migration and upgrades Vendor and application support Role Summary A technical role responsible for MFT administration, secure file transfers, integration support, automation, troubleshooting, and production operations , ensuring critical business files are transferred securely and processed within required timeframes.
