Your Role: As an O2C Credit & Collections Intern with German, you will support the O2C Credit & Collections team in daily activities related to customer accounts, payments and credit management. This role will give you an opportunity to gain practical experience in a global organization and develop your knowledge of O2C processes. Your Responsibilities Provide support to English and German-speaking customers in Credit and Collections. Support customer portfolio analysis and payment follow-up. Assist with collection activities, including contact with customers. Support credit limit reviews and sales order credit releases. Analyze customer financial information and payment trends. Support the O2C Credit & Collections team with daily activities and provide cover when needed. Follow established processes and ensure activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company requirements. What You Need to Succeed Fluency in German and good command of English. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team. Good communication skills. Analytical mindset and willingness to learn. Ability to follow established processes and procedures. Student status or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Previous internship or experience in Finance, Accounting, Customer Service or a related area. Basic knowledge of O2C, Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable processes. Experience working in an international or shared services environment. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Good knowledge of Excel.
