Overview: The Responsible Sourcing Specialist supports Xerox’s Responsible Sourcing Program by executing supplier due diligence activities, assessing supplier compliance, managing CSR-related engagements, and supporting sustainability initiatives across the global supply chain. This role works closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to help ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and the Xerox Supplier Code of Conduct while driving continuous improvement in responsible sourcing processes. What You Will Do: Execute supplier due diligence processes to verify compliance with applicable legal requirements and the Xerox Supplier Code of Conduct. Support supplier risk assessments, self-assessment questionnaires, audits, and related compliance activities. Organize, plan, schedule, and monitor supplier engagement activities to obtain required information and documentation. Consolidate supplier submissions, review assessment results, and track corrective action implementation. Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding responsible sourcing program activities. Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations to support program management and stakeholder reviews. Monitor supplier compliance risks and support issue resolution activities. Assist in reviewing and enhancing responsible sourcing procedures, tools, and workflows. Maintain accurate records of supplier assessments, audit results, and corrective action plans. Support internal and supplier communications to promote responsible sourcing expectations and requirements. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Responsible Sourcing, Supplier Management, Compliance, CSR/ESG, Sustainability, or a related discipline. Knowledge of responsible sourcing frameworks and topics, including Supplier Social Responsibility, RBA Audits, SA8000, ISO 45001, or Conflict Minerals. Experience with GHG Inventory, Carbon Emissions Reporting, or Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) programs is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and similar business tools. Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, presenting, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
