Team Member-IT-Digital, Regional & Site-Enterprise Architecture 10/6/26 Company Overview Role Purpose Academic Stream COMPUTER SCIENCE Work experience (in months) 24 Job Responsibility and key Decisions Assist in the creation and maintenance of architecture artifacts such as system maps, currentstate vs. futurestate models, and data flow diagrams. Support architecture assessments for new projects, helping evaluate technical fit and compliance with EA standards. Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions align with defined architecture principles. Document IT systems, interfaces, and technical dependencies at regional and site levels. Participate in technology evaluations, PoCs, and vendor assessments alongside senior architects. Support governance processes such as architecture reviews, change requests, and risk assessments. Coordinate with site IT teams to gather systemlevel data and contribute to architecture analysis. Ensure architecture documentation is auditready and regularly updated. Identify technical debt or system overlaps that can be addressed through rationalization or optimization. Stay updated on emerging technologies and their potential application within pharmaceutical operations. Key Decisions Recommendations for improvements in documentation, system mapping, or data flows. Suggestions for aligning specific sitelevel systems with enterprise architectural patterns. Identification of noncompliance or inefficiencies in system integrations or deployments for escalation. Input into vendortool assessments from a technical fit perspective.
