About you 👤 A track record of consistent sales success, exceeding performance achievement, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong team work and collaboration skills. Skilled in business planning, analysis and leveraging insights. Ability to effectively communicate medical information to customers in an clear and compelling way. Customer focused with experience using multiple tools/channels/techniques for maximum impact Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement Computer literacy Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred) Available to travel in line with business needs Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Understanding of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct About the role 🧭 Promote a portfolio of women’s health products to GPs, Specialists and other health care professionals to increase brand awareness, adoption and sales growth; with accountability for delivering sales and performance targets for the territory. Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌 Achieve sales, activity and performance targets on designated territory via effective execution of the sales and marketing strategy Produce and execute high quality territory business plans to drive business growth incorporating SMART objectives, prioritisation, strategy and tactical plans. Review with RSM and update quarterly Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify business opportunities and respond accordingly Build and maintain continuous learning and professional development to ensure therapeutic area expertise, deep product knowledge and an understanding of the women’s health environment Plan effective HCP interactions, and utilise effective selling and communication skills to tailor sales calls to meet each customer’s needs Plan and execute an effective activity plan and achieve agreed activity targets with target customers to drive portfolio sales which will include Specialists, HCP’s, Pharmacies and others as directed by the POA (Plan of Action) Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, congresses and events as required Build mutually beneficial relationships with key external customers and respond in timely manner to meet customer needs Collaborate effectively with medical, marketing and sales colleagues and share regular feedback from customers and infield intelligence to inform strategy Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records (customer interactions, activity, profiling, meetings, other) in company CRM recording system alongside relevant administration Ensure compliance with internal processes, business requirements and local regulations Contribute to building a constructive and high performing women’s health sales team culture What does our team say about life at Theramex? 💬 “Having now been with Theramex for a few months, I’m really enjoying my time here.
