Job Summary The Senior Manager, Responsible Sourcing & Communications, is responsible for executing and continuously enhancing West’s global Responsible Sourcing program in alignment with corporate sustainability goals, procurement strategy, and regulatory requirements. This role supports the development of governance frameworks, supplier engagement strategies, and ESG performance management processes to ensure responsible sourcing principles are embedded across the global supply base. The Senior Manager Responsible Sourcing & Communications also supports and executes the communication strategy for the global procurement organization, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging for internal stakeholders and supplier partners to drive transparency, engagement, and alignment with key initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support development and execution of West’s global procurement Responsible Sourcing strategy in alignment with corporate sustainability objectives and procurement priorities.
