Your Role You will act as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator, helping teams adopt Agile best practices while driving delivery through Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and continuously improve team performance. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Drive delivery execution using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Support and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning activities and cross-team alignment. Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices. Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments impacting team productivity and delivery. Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams. Track and analyze Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability and team performance. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Facilitate effective communication between distributed teams and business stakeholders. Support continuous process improvement initiatives within automotive software development programs. Your Profile 6–9 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Agile Delivery roles. Hands-on experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Experience supporting Embedded Software Development projects within the Automotive domain. Understanding of Automotive Software Development Lifecycle and ASPICE processes. Technical awareness of Embedded Systems and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts. Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance. Experience managing dependencies, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity across teams. Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Tools & Technologies : Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence , Miro, Agile Reporting & Dashboarding Tools Preferred Certifications
