Your key responsibilities: Lead and execute supply chain strategies while driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service. Ensure high service levels and product availability through effective inventory management, operational excellence, and performance monitoring. Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics providers, to optimize cost, quality, service, and business outcomes. Manage supply chain budgets, KPIs, compliance, and governance requirements while delivering sustainable operational and financial performance. What you will bring to the team : Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Minimum 10-12 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing end-to-end supply chain operations. Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a multinational organization. Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service operations. What sets B. Braun apart?
