Summary The BioMarin Financial Development Program (FDP) is designed to accelerate your growth as a finance and business leader while providing meaningful exposure to the biotech industry. Participants gain hands-on functional experience, build leadership capabilities, and contribute to impactful work across Finance. In addition to on-the-job learning, participants benefit from coaching, specialized training, and community engagement. The FDP is a 24-month program consisting of two 12-month rotations. Rotations may include corporate finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, and operations. Upon completion of the program, participants will be well positioned to advance their careers within Finance and across the broader organization. The salary range for this position is: $67,200 to $92000. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
