We are looking for an Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative Barcelona office. As an intern in the Transformation Office, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, digitalization, and process optimization across Allianz. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. The project is entering an exciting kick-off phase, giving you the unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a global build initiative. You will work closely with and provide direct support to the Business Owner in the payments and collections area, contributing to project coordination, preparation of deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic decision-making, innovative solution development, and the end-to-end lifecycle of a global product launch. What you do Assist in project planning and coordination for transformation initiatives. Support data analysis and reporting to track KPIs and project progress. Prepare presentations and documentation for steering committees and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Help in process definition, mapping and optimization activities Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions and take notes. Create and update project-related documentation and track, monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders. Work with Jira and Confluence What you bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities Comfortable preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders or management Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks What we offer We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
