Job Category Program & Project Management Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Guided by our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in entirely new ways. Our Prospect-to-Cash (P2C) organization is seeking a Business Delivery Manager to help orchestrate and deliver some of Salesforce’s most complex and transformative business initiatives. The Business Delivery organization sits at the intersection of strategy, business operations, technology, process transformation, M&A integration, readiness, and execution. We partner across P2C and the broader enterprise to turn strategic priorities into executable plans, connect interdependent work across teams, surface decisions and risks, and ensure the business is prepared to successfully adopt and sustain change. Unlike a traditional project management role focused primarily on managing schedules and deliverables, the Business Delivery Manager is accountable for creating the conditions for successful business outcomes. This includes establishing delivery models, driving cross-functional alignment, orchestrating dependencies, clarifying decision rights, identifying and mitigating business risk, and connecting solution delivery with business validation, readiness, activation, and post-launch stabilization. This role will support initiatives spanning lead management, opportunity and quote management, pricing and product operations, sales operations, incentive compensation, partner operations, mergers and acquisitions, and the processes, data, AI, and technology capabilities that enable Salesforce’s global selling organization. The Business Delivery Manager will partner closely with business leaders, technical program managers, product and engineering teams, business subject matter experts, M&A and integration partners, change and activation teams, and other enterprise functions to drive transformation from strategy through realization. ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate end-to-end business delivery for complex, cross-functional P2C initiatives, translating strategic priorities into clear outcomes, milestones, ownership, dependencies, decision points, and execution plans. Establish and maintain the integrated delivery view across business, product, technology, process, data, readiness, validation, activation, and integration workstreams. Drive clarity around scope, business outcomes, decision rights, accountabilities, dependencies, assumptions, and critical path, ensuring teams understand both what must be delivered and why it matters. Facilitate cross-functional forums designed to accelerate decisions, resolve tradeoffs, remove blockers, and manage business risk, rather than simply report program status. Proactively identify delivery risks, organizational constraints, capacity concerns, dependency conflicts, and readiness gaps; bring forward actionable recommendations and escalation paths. Partner with business and technical leaders to establish appropriate delivery governance and operating rhythms based on the complexity, risk, and strategic importance of the initiative. Connect delivery execution with business validation, UAT, change readiness, enablement, communications, and adoption, helping ensure solutions are operationally ready and usable when they launch. Support business leaders in defining success measures and business-value outcomes, creating visibility from projected value through launch, stabilization, adoption, and realized impact. Drive effective transition from program delivery into launch, hypercare, stabilization, and business-as-usual ownership, ensuring risks, backlog items, ownership, and ongoing operating mechanisms are clearly established. M&A and Business IntegrationSupport merger and acquisition integration efforts that impact P2C processes, systems, teams, policies, data, and seller experiences. Translate acquisition strategy and integration priorities into an actionable business integration roadmap, including key milestones, interdependencies, decision points, risks, and readiness requirements. Partner with M&A, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Technology, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify integration impacts and requirements across the Prospect-to-Cash lifecycle. Drive cross-functional planning for critical integration milestones, including pre-close planning where appropriate, Day 1 readiness, interim operating models, systems/process integration, cutover, and longer-term transformation. Identify dependencies and potential business disruption across areas such as account and opportunity management, quoting, pricing, contracting, compensation, partner operations, reporting, data, and downstream financial processes. Establish clear ownership and governance for integration decisions, risks, and unresolved dependencies, ensuring critical issues are escalated to the appropriate leaders at the right time. Partner with change and activation teams to assess organizational and stakeholder impacts, develop readiness strategies, and support acquired teams and existing Salesforce teams through process and operating-model changes. Help define and monitor integration success measures, including operational readiness, adoption, stabilization, risk reduction, and achievement of intended business outcomes. Capture lessons learned from acquisitions and integrations to strengthen reusable M&A delivery playbooks, standards, governance, and integration practices across P2C. Business Delivery ExcellenceBuild trusted partnerships across P2C, Technology, Product, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Finance, M&A, and other enterprise organizations to align teams with differing priorities, methodologies, and perspectives around a common path forward. Analyze complex delivery challenges, identify root causes and systemic issues, and develop recommendations that improve execution across both individual initiatives and the broader P2C portfolio. Use portfolio insights, delivery patterns, and lessons learned to strengthen standards, reusable practices, governance, and ways of working across the Business Delivery organization. Apply AI and automation to improve delivery effectiveness, including synthesis of program information, risk identification, dependency analysis, executive reporting, knowledge management, and decision support. Bring curiosity, innovation, and a continuous-improvement mindset to help shape how P2C delivers transformation at enterprise scale. Qualifications5+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program delivery, business operations, strategic initiatives, M&A integration, or cross-functional technology-enabled change. Demonstrated experience orchestrating initiatives involving multiple business functions, technology teams, executive stakeholders, and organizational dependencies. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, or similarly complex enterprise transformations is preferred. Strong understanding of Prospect-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes, preferably through direct operational experience or experience transforming sales
