Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is searching for a Sr. Manager, Data Center Construction Management to lead field execution for hyperscale data center construction in Shackelford, Texas. This is a frontline field-based leadership role responsible for construction execution for assigned scopes, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and in alignment with OCI’s construction delivery standards. This role drives daily coordination between general contractors, subcontractors, trade partners, internal stakeholders, and site leadership to maintain execution reliability and milestone predictability. The position is responsible for translating construction plans into safe and coordinated daily field activity, identifying risks before they impact milestones, and ensuring assigned scopes are positioned for successful turnover and startup readiness.
