Molex is seeking a growth-minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for a business unit, driving customer value, portfolio growth, and market success. In this role, you will translate business priorities, customer insights, and product strategies into focused go-to-market plans, differentiated messaging, and compelling commercial content. You will work at the intersection of business-unit leadership, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to accelerate product adoption and profitable growth while ensuring alignment with enterprise marketing standards and customer experience objectives. What You Will Do Serve as the primary product marketing partner and dedicated point of contact for an assigned business unit, building a deep understanding of its strategy, product portfolio, growth priorities, customers and competitive landscape. Partner with business-unit leaders and product managers to define and prioritize the product marketing roadmap, balancing launch requirements, portfolio initiatives and longer-term growth opportunities. Develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and product narratives that clearly communicate technical differentiation and customer value to engineering, procurement, supply chain and other priority audiences. Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product introductions and strategic portfolio initiatives, including launch objectives, target audiences, channel plans, deliverables, dependencies, milestones and measures of success. Coordinate the creation and readiness of marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, product data, images, CAD models, drawings and other assets required for Molex.com, distribution channels and component aggregator networks. Develop and maintain accurate, compelling product webpages, selection tools and sales content that connect product features and technical specifications to customer applications and benefits. Translate business-unit requests into clear creative briefs, requirements, acceptance criteria and prioritized work for cross-functional marketing partners and Agile pods. Collaborate with sales, channel, regional marketing and communications teams to equip customer-facing teams with consistent messaging, relevant proof points and effective launch materials. Gather and synthesize customer, sales, channel and stakeholder feedback to identify content gaps, refine messaging and inform future product marketing priorities. Monitor launch readiness, content performance and agreed business outcomes; communicate progress, risks, decisions and recommendations to business-unit and marketing stakeholders. Champion product marketing and customer experience best practices within the assigned business unit while maintaining alignment with enterprise brand, digital, content and governance standards. Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, resolve competing priorities and proactively remove barriers that could affect launch quality, timing or business impact. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, product launches, go-to-market strategy or related activities in a technical or B2B environment. Experience partnering directly with a business unit, product line or portfolio and translating business priorities into actionable marketing plans. Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, value propositions and messaging for complex technical products and varied customer audiences. Experience leading cross-functional product launches and coordinating deliverables across product management, engineering, sales, channel and marketing teams. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions, manage expectations and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams at multiple organizational levels. Highly organized project management skills, sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn technical information into customer-focused content. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering or a related field. Product marketing, product management or sales experience in electronic connectors, interconnects, electronic components or component distribution. Understanding of engineering and supply chain personas and the information they need across the product discovery, design and purchasing journey. Experience using market, customer and competitive insights to shape portfolio messaging, launch strategy and content priorities. Applied experience with Agile Marketing or Agile Scrum frameworks and tools; relevant Agile, Scrum or product marketing certification is a plus. Working knowledge of the Pragmatic Framework or a comparable product marketing methodology. Ability to advocate for customer-centered product marketing practices while creating collaborative relationships with business-unit, product and engineering stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, plus experience with work-management platforms such as Wrike. Ability to collaborate periodically across global time zones, including Europe, the United States and Asia. For this role, we anticipate paying $95,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
