Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Brand Marketing Sr. Associate/Brand Manager, Sparkle and Vanity Fair to help shape the future of some of America's most trusted household brands. Our Team Reporting to the Towel & Napkin Brand Building Directo r, you will join a collaborative team focused on accelerating growth for trusted consumer brands. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives, influence strategic decisions through consumer and business insights, and partner across the organization to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive measurable results. What You Will Do Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with brand strategy, business objectives, and consumer needs Partner with cross-functional teams including Insights, Consumer Promotions, Shopper Marketing, Brand & Content Strategy, Integrated Media, Sales, and agency partners to bring marketing initiatives to life Develop clear and actionable creative briefs while managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners Lead the execution of brand-building activities across key channels including media, social media, ecommerce, brand websites, and content development Communicate brand strategies, marketing plans, business performance, and key recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Support the planning and execution of consumer promotion programs, ensuring effective coordination, implementation, and performance tracking Analyze brand health metrics, point-of-sale data, consumer insights, and other business analytics to identify opportunities and inform recommendations Manage marketing investments, forecasting, and budget tracking to optimize resources and maximize business impact Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in Brand Management, Brand Building, Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or a related commercial function Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to execute projects, initiatives, or business objectives Experience developing marketing, brand, or business strategies informed by consumer insights, market trends, and business objective s Experience analyzing data and using insights to support recommendations and decision making What Will Put You Ahead Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or other consumer-focused industries Experience developing creative briefs and managing content development initiatives Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution Familiarity with ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, or retail media platforms Experience leveraging syndicated data, point-of-sale data, consumer insights, or brand health metrics to inform business decisions Experience working with agencies, media partners, or creative teams Experience supporting innovation, product launches, commercialization, or consumer promotions programs At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
