Location: Quebec (field-based role) About the Role As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Canada team. This is a field-based strategic account management role covering the province of Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across our specialty medicines portfolio, including an established oncology product and a planned biosimilar launch. Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will build meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, specialty pharmacies, and patient support partners to improve patient access and deliver strong commercial outcomes. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and execute a strategic Quebec territory business plan aligned to patient potential, account opportunities, and commercial objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists, pharmacists, nurses, clinic teams, hospitals, healthcare institutions and other key stakeholders. Create and implement strategic account plans to drive product adoption and improve patient access. Deliver approved scientific, clinical and value-based product discussions with relevant healthcare professionals. Support the successful growth of existing oncology accounts and prepare the market for an upcoming biosimilar launch. Navigate reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment and patient support pathways to remove barriers to treatment access. Work cross-functionally with Medical, Patient Support, Marketing and Market Access colleagues to deliver coordinated account solutions. Provide market insights relating to customer needs, competitor activity, treatment pathways and access challenges. Have a bias for action and fast decision making. For this role, you will also have the following: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Business or a related discipline. Fluency in French and English is highly desirable. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Quebec. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical, specialty-care, healthcare, medical device or related commercial sales environments. Demonstrated strategic account management and business planning experience. Experience working with hospitals, institutions, specialist clinics or specialty pharmacies. Ability to build relationships quickly across new accounts, stakeholders and therapeutic areas. Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong territory planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building capabilities. Oncology, biologics, biosimilar or specialty pharmaceutical experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Base Salary CAD $93,500 - $115,500 Our salary range reflects the full scope of the role and level. It has been set using objective, gender-neutral criteria.
