We are looking for an experienced leader who will shape our HR technology landscape, strengthen data governance, simplify HR operations, and drive digital transformation across the Group. This role combines strategy, technology, data, employee experience, and transformation leadership. You will define the future HR ecosystem, ensuring that systems, processes, and people data work together to support effective decision-making, operational excellence, and business priorities. You will also assess the current HR landscape, drive simplification and standardization, and establish governance models that ensure sustainable, scalable, and compliant HR operations across the Group. Your Responsibilities As Head of HR Digital Architecture, Data & Employee Journeys Excellence, you will: Define and lead the Group-wide HR technology strategy and multi-year digital roadmap aligned with business and HR priorities. Build and evolve an integrated HR systems ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, seamless data flows, and an excellent user experience. Assess the current HR systems landscape and define priorities for simplification, integration, modernization, replacement, or retirement of solutions. Establish and oversee HR data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and workforce insights. Create a reliable foundation for people data, dashboards, and decision-making across the organization. Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, access management, retention, and compliance standards across HR systems and people data. Drive continuous improvement of employee and manager journeys across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, mobility, and offboarding. Simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes and services to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Use employee feedback, service performance metrics, and process data to identify pain points and prioritize improvements. Leverage digital solutions, automation, AI, and self-service capabilities to enable HR transformation and operational excellence. Define governance models, process ownership, service standards, controls, and performance measures. Lead and develop senior managers responsible for HR Systems Architecture, HR Data & Insights, Employee Journeys & Operations Excellence, and Digital Transformation. Manage strategic vendors, budgets, implementation partners, risks, and transformation dependencies across the portfolio. Build strong partnerships across HR, Digital/IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and business functions to deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. What We Are Looking For Master's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data, Digital Transformation, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, employee experience, data governance, process improvement, or digital transformation. Proven track record in defining HR technology strategies and delivering enterprise-scale, integrated solutions within complex or multinational organizations. Proven experience leading HR technology strategy and transformation initiatives in environments leveraging modern HR platforms, ideally Workday. Strong expertise in HR data governance, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and data quality management. Experience designing and governing end-to-end employee and manager journeys, service design, and process optimization initiatives. Experience leading large-scale HR transformation, process excellence, and employee journey initiatives with measurable business impact. Demonstrated success in leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams. Experience driving automation and AI-enabled transformation programs, including governance, change management, adoption, and risk management. Experience managing strategic vendors, implementation partners, budgets, and complex transformation portfolios. Strong understanding of data privacy, information security, compliance, and governance principles in HR environments. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and corporate functions. Fluent English.
