Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administers and oversees the execution of production process orders, ensuring the accurate recording of finished goods production and semi-finished goods consumption, while validating production results against process work orders. Analyzes process order cost variances and production performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in master data accuracy and operational execution. Serves as a system owner for assigned master data processes, including the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product records, workflows, and system configurations supporting manufacturing operations. Evaluates existing business processes and recommends improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and overall business performance Performs Material Usage Variance (MUV) analysis and provides insights and recommendations to support inventory control and manufacturing performance objectives. Administers the SAP Cycle Count Program, monitoring inventory control processes, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions. Reviews and authorizes inventory adjustment recommendations resulting from cycle counts and physical inventories, coordinating with Cost Accounting and Operations leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partners with Operations, Production Services, and Cost Accounting to plan, coordinate, and execute annual physical inventory activities and related reconciliation efforts. Provides functional support and decision-making assistance in logistics operations and serves as a key backup resource for logistics coordination activities. Conducts inventory and blocked stock evaluations, identifies risks and opportunities, and provides recommendations to support inventory optimization and operational objectives. Investigates and resolves day-to-day operational issues through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process troubleshooting. Maintains and governs manufacturing master data, including recipes, bills of materials, and related system structures, ensuring alignment with operational and business requirements. Acts as a key resource for manufacturing systems and inventory control processes, providing guidance and recommendations to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, production control, inventory management, supply chain, or related operational environments. Demonstrated experience analyzing operational data, resolving process issues, and supporting business decision-making. SAP knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
