Director, Data Center Cost Control Team Lead

Job description

Establish and lead a team the cost controls team develop and maintain estimates and forecasts, manage change and contingency, and partner with project leadership, procurement, finance, and delivery teams to drive predictable outcomes. You will also champion responsible use of AI/analytics; building repeatable models, dashboards, and insights that elevate cost performance and governance. Must bring experience leading large construction projects of over $1B++ in total cost, preferably in data center construction. NOTE: Work from home/remote with no less than 50% travel.
