Job description

Oracle Health Federal is hiring a Senior Director to lead hosting, reliability, and operational transformation across federal healthcare customers, including VA, DoD, Coast Guard, and other government entities. This leader will inherit a team of developers and SREs and drive the next phase of Oracle Health Federal operations: building AI-native operating patterns that can function within federally regulated environments. This is a senior production engineering leadership role for someone who has built or run DevOps, SRE, platform, or cloud operations teams and can show practical evidence of using software, automation, and approved AI-assisted engineering patterns to improve reliability, speed, supportability, and customer outcomes.
