We are seeking a trilingual Senior Category Manager to lead category management, strategic sourcing, and contracting activities across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. This role will develop category strategies, identify sourcing opportunities, lead supplier negotiations, support complex commercial agreements, and manage relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers across North America and Latin America. The successful candidate will use spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier insights, and commercial analysis to translate business priorities into actionable sourcing initiatives and measurable procurement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain category strategies, roadmaps, sourcing pipelines, stakeholder plans, and supplier strategies aligned with business and procurement priorities. Analyze category spend, supplier markets, contract coverage, demand patterns, upcoming renewals, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and value-creation initiatives. Lead complex sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, including requirements development, supplier identification, RFx events, proposal evaluation, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of supplier proposals, commercial models, contracts, and market data to support sourcing recommendations and business decisions. Lead or support contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation within established playbooks and governance frameworks, partnering with Legal on complex or high-risk matters. Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and cross-functional teams across North America and Latin America, serving as the primary procurement advisor for assigned categories. Monitor category performance against applicable procurement metrics, including savings, spend under contract, supplier optimization, working capital, and other defined measures. Manage multiple category, sourcing, and contracting workstreams while supporting procurement best practices, process improvement, and the responsible use of enterprise-approved AI and digital tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 8 to 10 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, procurement consulting, or a combination of these areas. Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to conduct business and lead stakeholder and supplier discussions in all three languages. Experience developing and maintaining category strategies, roadmaps, sourcing pipelines, stakeholder plans, and supplier strategies. Experience independently leading complex sourcing initiatives, including RFx events, proposal evaluations, commercial analysis, negotiations, and supplier selection. Knowledge of commercial contracts and experience supporting or independently negotiating agreements within established contracting playbooks and governance frameworks. Experience conducting spend analysis, supplier analysis, market intelligence, proposal evaluation, and quantitative and qualitative commercial analysis. Experience managing relationships with senior business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries or cultures. Experience independently managing multiple complex initiatives and competing priorities in a global or matrixed environment. Experience leading workstreams, mentoring colleagues, and supporting the establishment of procurement best practices. Proficiency with sourcing or procurement platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools, including the ability to validate AI-generated outputs against source data, policies, and business requirements. Written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree. Procurement certification, such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS).
