What you´ll do Lead and coordinate daily blending operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and business priorities are achieved. Utilize SAP to manage batch scheduling, material consumption, production tracking, and inventory transactions. Oversee wastewater system operations, monitoring, testing, compliance activities, and vendor coordination. Train, coach, and support operators while promoting a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance.
