At Capgemini Invent, the Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team helps organizations unlock the full value of their data and AI investments to drive meaningful, scalable change. As part of Capgemini's Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, DDT partners with clients to shape data-centric strategies, modern operating models, and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Our unified team model brings together expertise across Data & AI Advisory, Data Platforms & Architecture, and Applied Data Fusion, enabling seamless collaboration from strategy through execution. Your Role ou will design and deliver AI-ready data and knowledge foundations, including semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and context platforms. Key responsibilities include: Build LookML models, dbt metrics, dimensions, and measures. Contribute to graph schema design. Write data pipelines. Document context contracts and data dictionaries. Support discovery workshops. Evaluate context platform tooling. Your Skills + Experience You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments. Required Experience: 3–5 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture. Hands-on dbt, SQL, and cloud data platform experience. Understanding of semantic models. Strong documentation and data-quality skills. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$110,000-$137,500
