At Capgemini Invent, the Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team helps organizations unlock the full value of their data and AI investments to drive meaningful, scalable change. As part of Capgemini's Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, DDT partners with clients to shape data-centric strategies, modern operating models, and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Our unified team model brings together expertise across Data & AI Advisory, Data Platforms & Architecture, and Applied Data Fusion, enabling seamless collaboration from strategy through execution. Your Role You will lead complex AI programs, senior technical relationships, practice standards, and capability development. Key responsibilities include: Lead multi-system AI programs. Own CTO and Chief Architect relationships. Set engineering and evaluation standards. Develop senior engineers and leaders. Drive thought leadership. Your Skills + Experience You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments. Required Experience: 9–12 years in enterprise software or AI architecture. Expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and governed deployment. Experience leading multi-team engineering programs. Talent development track record. External technical presence. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $180,000-$205,000
