What You'll Be Doing • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI Agentic Skills and automation tools to tackle complex business and customer challenges • Collaborate with Application Engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications for AI solutions • Develop workflow automation solutions using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency of technical support and increase customer satisfaction • Make impactful contributions to process improvements by generating data-driven insights, analysis, and reports • Support a wide range of projects including data analysis, presentation development, process improvement, and automation tool creation • Help coordinate administrative and operational activities across cross-functional teams, demonstrating persistence in overcoming organizational challenges What You'll Need Required Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields • Must be in their third or fourth year of study for a Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree • Experience with AI and Machine Learning technology and applications • Experience with AI Development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) • Experience with Prompt Engineering • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with ambiguous or evolving requirements • Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency and accelerate deliverables Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Interface IP and its significance in the Semiconductor industry • Understanding of common Interface IPs such as PCIe, DDR, HBM, USB, UCIe, and MIPI and their role in SoC development • Knowledge of IP design and/or ASIC/SoC flow, VLSI • Knowledge of SoC Development cycle • Experience with data analysis and presentation development • Interest in process optimization, automation, and workflow improvement Personal Attributes: • Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed • Resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of diverse and sometimes loosely defined tasks • Ability to take broad or unstructured requirements, organize them into clear action plans, and drive them to completion with minimal supervision • Maintains a positive, professional attitude when working through complex processes Key Program Facts Program Length: 4 months (May 2027 - August 2027) Location: Sunnyvale, California Working Model: In-office work required Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Start Date: May 2027 Equal Opportunity Statement Synopsys is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
