Job Description: Job Description DevOps Engineer | 7+ Years Experience We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in software development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native technologies, monitoring, and incident management. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform . Architect, design, and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. Configure and manage infrastructure automation using Ansible . Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or similar monitoring platforms. Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and minimize downtime. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to improve system stability. Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes . Develop automation and operational scripts using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages. Collaborate with development, operations, security, and business teams to drive DevOps best practices and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance requirements. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Software Development and DevOps Engineering. Strong expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD , or equivalent CI/CD tools. Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. Strong experience in infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk , or equivalent platforms. Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and internet protocols . Proficiency in Python, Bash , or other scripting languages. Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
