The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, configuring, and enhancing HRSD solutions, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Service Catalog . The candidate should possess strong technical development skills, a solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and experience working on upgrades, integrations, customizations, and production support activities.
